In keeping with the tone of yesterday's outing, we kept it simple and followed the kids' lead.
We spent the morning in the seaside resort town of LLandudno, just a few miles from Conwy, before heading back to south Wales. The lovely stretch of Victorian buildings and hotels lining the beach and pier impart a throw-back quality to the town, and even in the off-season, Llandudno bustled with activity.
