All of the "love locks" on the Pont d'Arts bridge in Paris will be removed this week. The locks symbolize eternal love, and couples from all over the world (including us) have attached one to the bridge over the years. But the added weight of the locks is compromising the structural integrity of the bridge, and so the hundreds of thousands of locks shall be removed.
We were just in Paris last week, with a lock and a key and our love.
