Practically everything sounds prettier in French. Especially my two amazing kids, reading aloud their Mother's Day cards that they made in French school. France just celebrated Mother's Day on Sunday, so we waited until then, giving A & R time to bring home their handmade treats for mom and to wait for Nana to get to here!
We topped it off with a night out at Pasta Basta here in Amsterdam to celebrate Mother's Day and my mom's birthday. She's going to kill me for showing this off, but, yes, the servers sing at this restaurant. My mom received a pretty good Adele serenade.
